- INGREDIENTS:

- 1.1 cup butter, at room temperature.

- 2.2 egg yolks,at room temperature.

- 3.4 cups powdered sugar.

- 4.2 squares{1 oz.each} unsweetened chocolate,melted.

- INSTRUCTIONS:Place butter in bowl.Attach Bowl and Beater.Turn
- to speed 4 and beat until creamy,about 11/2 minutes.Stop and
- scrape bowl.On speed 2 ,add egg yolks,one at a time,mixing
- thoroughly after each addition.Stop and scrape bowl.

- Add powdered sugar to butter mixture,1 cup at a time,0n speed
- 4,beating thoroughly after each addition.Stop and scrape
- bowl.Turn to speed 2 and slowly add melted chocolate,about 11/2
- minutes.Stop and scrape bowl.Turn to speed 4 and beat for 1
- minute.
